The Dangers of Lint

The lint particles clog the ducts as well producing the unhealthy environment. These particles mixed with the air that people breathe indoors. It is necessary to check the different parts of the dryer for possible lint accumulation.

There are three zones wherein lint accumulates. First, in the lint trap wherein its function is to really screen them from being transferred to the other parts of the dryer. However, not all the times they stay there because lint can also be transferred to the ducts. The cleaning of the dryer must include as well the lint cleaning in the ducts. The ducts serve as the passage of air from the outdoors for the dryer to use it to dry clothes. The lint accumulation hinders the free passage of air and it can alter the performance of the dryers.
