Q- How do you fix the excess noise from dryer exhaust fan?
A- Through an existing trap door in the ceiling of the laundry room we remove the fan clean and lubricate. If the fan steel makes noise we changed with new dryer exhaust fan.
Q- How do you clean the dryer exhaust fan and ducts in condos?
A- We remove the fan and used the hose from our portable vacuum system. Compressed air is used with high-powered air snake brush, and the Air brush snake goes inside the pipe, all the way to the exhaust outlet on the side of the building, and in the process blows all the lint from your system back towards the portable vacuum.

A- Yes we clean the lint trap with dryer exhaust fan and ducts with no extra charges.
Q- How much dryer exhaust fan and ducts in condos cost?
A- For property Management Company, there is a pre arranged price. For the individual suite owner we charge base + trip cost.
