Disassemble and clean Clothes Dryer for Internal lint accumulation as per Fire Marshals prescribed maintenance (communiqué 96-031) access and clean interior heating element, electrical wires and motor. Clean building dryer duct in ceiling, using reverse blowing compressed air snake and HEPA vacuum (450cfm). Removable dryer exhaust fan in ceiling to be inspected, cleaned and lubricated.
Supply and install UL Listed flexible metallic clothes dryer transition duct.(required if duct connected to back of dryer is white plastic or is damaged)
Supply and install a pair of premium stainless steel, braid reinforced washing machine water supply hoses.
Clean bathroom grills, fans and ductwork using compressed air wash And HEPA Vacuum.
