The importance and benefits of regular HVAC maintenance!

    • Only about 55% of home owners have their heating and cooling equipment professionally serviced at least once a year. They are the smart ones, because on annual heating system cleaning and tune-up is one of the best home maintenance investments you can make. But about the 45% of the homeowners who neglect annual maintenance? They pay the full-owing penalties. Fuel bill will rise as much as 15 to 70% as a result of inefficient equipment operation. It is like having a fireplace that burns money.
    • Annual maintenance extends equipment life by as much as 25 to 45%. This translates into an additional 6 to 12 years for your furnace.
    • Most service technicians will tell you that about 75% of all repairs could have been avoided with regular maintenance. Heating and cooling system repair typically run into the hundreds of dollars, more fuel for that money burning fireplace.
    • Most important, annual heating inspections can save your life and the lives of your loved once. A small crack in a heat exchanger or problem whit the (chimney) flue system could allow deadly carbon monoxide gas to seep into your home. A trained service technician knows how to spot danger signs in the system.
    • We believe the customer, their family and home should be treated with the greatest care and respect. Your comfort safety and quality of air in your home is a responsibility we take seriously. It is a trust that we have earn every day. We do our best to employ only people who truly care and treat our customers beyond their expectations. They must perform their duties in a polite, neat and professional manner.

      Our duct cleaning process:

      1. Turn off furnace(from the thermostat usually located in the leaving room or from the furnace switch located in the basement close to the furnace).
      2. Locate access for truck powered hoses to furnace area.
      3. Locate and cut 8" access holes into main hot air duct (located in the basement close to the furnace).
      4. Locate and cut 8" access holes into main cold air duct (located in the basement close to the furnace).
      5. Drill 1" access holes into both hot & cold main duct work
(they will later be sealed with air tight caps)
      6. Mark damper locations and open, if necessary
      7. Inspect duct system
      8. Attach heavy duty truck powered machine, (large 8" hose) systematically to hot & cold air main duct
      9. All supply & return registers are sealed to create a negative pressure (vacuum)
      10. Blow down all hot air ducts with high pressure air 275psi (The purpose is to remove these contaminants from a homes HVAC system to get the best indoor air quality).
      11. Blow down all hot air ducts with high pressure air 275psi (The purpose is to remove these Dust and Debris from a homes HVAC system to get the best indoor air quality).

Brushes, air whips, skipper balls and air brush snake system that agitate contaminants and debris scrub the surfaces within the air duct system and propels contaminants and debris into the vacuum collection device). on both hot and cold main ducts (to lose the cavities debris and dirt staking to the duct collectors).
      13. Also a complete J-channel compartment cleaning.
      14. Access holes will be sealed with tape gasket and cover plates (from the same material as your duct system) which will be screwed in air tight.
      15. Spinning air brush snake system, access hole will be plugged air tight with specially designed caps
      16. Close any open windows
      17. Check to see that the dampers have not moved
